In serving God never forget RELATIONSHIP. Good realtionships grow when you watered with plenty of frank communication and mutual esteem.
Never too late for you to start today to bulid healthy and good relationship with peoples who always support and encourage you in the ministry.
Just ask yourself with these questions every week/month;
i. What have I done to encourage others?
ii. How am I develope my relationship with new peoples that minister with me?
iii. What have I done practically to maintain my relationship with peoples that I serve?

Good relationship will help you to proceed on and sustain you in your service for the Lord.
